The cold chain…

The cold chain is the process of keeping the fresh pork meat at a safe temperature throughout the cycle of when the raw meat comes out of the abortoir to when it gets into the hands of our customers.

This minimizes the amount of time that the meat is kept at room temperature, which is where most of the negative health aspects can occur to the meat.

Our meat is kept at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees Celcius throughout the cycle, maintaining it’s freshness for the longest possible duration.

Over the years, Sanbanto has sold fresh pork meat to some of Kuala Lumpur’s finest restaurants and to many customers at our new shop front.

For large orders of quality pork, we can arrange deliveries direct to your restaurant, home or business.

Catering and Functions

Sanbanto Cafe is a cosy place to hold company events and medium sized functions.

For space to seat up to 30 people comfortably, Sanbanto can arrange buffets, ala carte menus or even special set meals for your group.

We will soon be expanding to outdoor catering, so keep in touch and we will let you know when this new service is available.
