Dear Valued Customers
RE: FOAM = BANNED HORMONES AND ANTIBIOTICS?
Over the last 12 months or so, we have customers who approached us seeking information/data pertaining to the foam generated from this instrument called “Detoxifier” that blows ozone (O3) gas (according to the vendor) into water in which the subject produce is submerged in a bowl or container.
During the demonstration, they were told by the vendor that the foam thus produced is all the antibiotics and rubbish that are harmful to human beings.
We know very well that Sanbanto (三板頭) Premium Pork does not contain growth hormones and antibiotics under the compliance requirement in ISO22000 and HACCP certification. We have always displayed in all our outlets the quarterly test results from Pacific Lab. Pte. Ltd. in Singapore of Sanbanto Premium Pork and even Liver (on our voluntary basis).
But in recent weeks especially after the “Rubbish Pork Expose” (黑心猪肉), more customers have raised their concern with us. Some have even confronted us because they also claimed that Sanbanto (三板頭) Premium Pork generated foam just the same.
Recognising their concern, the Management decided to send a sample (loin) of Sanbanto (三板頭) Premium Pork to the same lab that did the test for the vendor of the “Detoxifier”.
We have just gotten the test results and are glad to inform all our customers, both loyal as well as concerned, that Sanbanto (三板頭) Premium Pork’s foam is absolutely free from banned hormones (Beta-Agonists) and antibiotics (Chloro-tetra-cycline).
In fact, it contains a high level of protein as shown in the tables below.
Hence : FOAM ≠ BANNED HORMONES & ANTIBIOTICS
Now, we understand why some of our concerned customers told us that Sanbanto (三板頭) Premium Pork’s foam is whitish and also much less than those that is produced by other sources.
Some points to share about the “Detoxifier” –
Does it really generate Ozone (O3) gas?
- Why use O3 and not another gas?
- Is the equation behind it creditable and proven scientifically, i.e. O3 + banned hormones/antibiotics = greyish foam?
It leaves something for us to ponder on, doesn’t it?
Lastly, we really appreciate your candid approach and we hope we have been of service to our concerned customers. It always pays to know the source of your pork supply. With Sanbanto Premium Pork, you can eat and sleep well.
Thank you.
The Management
